What is LMP?

LMP (“LeModPack”) is the pack we play on our own private server. It starts from All The Mods 10 and adds extra mods, reworked configs and a more relaxed progression: explore, build, farm, automate, do magic or tech, play your way.

The goal is fun, not grind: no waiting forever for a crop to grow, no world full of monster camps, and a richer world to explore. If you want a hard, punishing adventure, this pack is not for you. Here we build, grow our villages and tame every animal we meet!

You can host your own server with it. I keep the mods up to date as much as I can.

What LMP changes compared to ATM10

A different world

• Tectonic terrain, tuned by hand: bigger continents and fewer oceans, taller mountains, more plateaus and cliffs, underground rivers, larger climate zones.
• YUNG’s Better Caves plus the classic ravines: caves are more varied and fun to explore.
• Lots of biomes from Biomes O’ Plenty, Regions Unexplored and Oh The Biomes We’ve Gone.
• Extra structures (Farmer’s Structures, YUNG’s Bridges, more bridges and villages…), while hostile surface structures are much rarer: pillager outposts 4x rarer, other enemy camps and castles 3x rarer, witch villages far rarer. Dungeons and underground structures stay as they are.

A richer world

• Every ore (vanilla and modded) has 2x more veins, and veins are 2x bigger.
• Each ore can spawn in a wider height range, and ores are never hidden from caves anymore: what touches air stays visible on the walls.
• The Mining dimension (Allthemodium) is boosted even more: 5x veins, 5x vein size.

Calmer and smoother

• Far fewer sea creatures crowding the oceans (Upgrade Aquatic, Ice and Fire hippocampi and sea serpents).
• Easier farming: Mystical Agriculture drops Inferium Essence and extra seeds, Withers and the Ender Dragon drop essence, fake players can water crops.
• Quality of life: Quark chest buttons to take or put everything in one click, Explorer’s and Nature’s Compass can teleport, free and frequent Waystones, a faster Mekanism Digital Miner with a bigger radius, no chat reporting.

Added mods

• Create: Central Kitchen, Connected, Stuff & Additions, Ultimate Factory, Big Cannons, Encased, Deco, Diesel Generators, Ore Excavation, Interiors, More Bridges, Slice & Dice, CC:C Bridge.
• Food: Aquaculture Delight, Brewin’ And Chewin’, Chef’s Delight, Crabber’s Delight, End’s Delight, My Nether’s Delight, Ocean’s Delight, Twilight Flavors & Delight.
• World: Tectonic, YUNG’s Better Caves, YUNG’s Bridges, Biomes O’ Plenty, Farmer’s Structures, Macaw’s (Roofs and wood packs for BOP, BYG, Quark, Regions Unexplored).
• Creatures: Upgrade Aquatic, Naturalist, Doggy Talents Next.
• Tech and magic: Cyclic, Deep Resonance, Hexerei, ProjectE, Psi, RFTools Control, RFTools Dimensions, Scannable, More Mekanism Processing, RS Infinity Booster, Bonsai Trees 4, Botany Pots Tiers, Mystical Agriculture Tiered Crystals.
• Colonies: MineColonies Tweaks, Small Colonies.
• Gameplay: Quark, Quark Oddities, Carry On, Paraglider, Prefab (a starter house), Simply Swords, Nameless Trinkets, Just Enough Resources, Vivecraft (VR).
• Client and performance: Distant Horizons, Freecam, Simply Tooltips, Just Enough Effect Descriptions, GPU memory leak fix, Packet Fixer.
• Removed from ATM10: FancyMenu, Drippy Loading Screen, Melody.

Requirements

• Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge, Java 21.
• 16 GB of RAM recommended for the client.
• Server owners: pre-generate your world (for example with Chunky) before playing; Distant Horizons is supported on the server. Optional server-side extras we use: Simple Discord Link, Login Protection.
