Kit Rustica

It’s time to put away your futuristic toys and return to nature – the forest calls you home!

Automation is out, and manual labor is in. So many packs progression systems revolve around waiting. Waiting for ore to process in a machine, waiting for a quarry to finish mining, waiting for power to generate. In Kit Rustica, the focus is on doing. This pack aims to offer a low-tech and hands-on approach, which should feel less like modded and more like a flavorful extension of base Minecraft.

Traditionally, mod packs come with a near endless amount of mods. Often times you’ll end up with multiple mods that add nearly identical items, blocks, and functionality. Kit Rustica aims to be a little more thoughtful about it’s selection of included mods. Singular focus mods and inter-mod cohesion are especially important in this pack. Duplicate functionality is eliminated where ever possible, and mods are selected that work well together.

The modlist and default configuration are fairly opinionated, and the best effort was made to keep everything as much in line with the vision of the pack as possible. Below is a list of the mods which make up the primary focus and feel of this pack:

Additionally included are a well-rounded list of quality-of-life mods, as well as mods that extend and support the functionality and gameplay of existing mods, as well as providing cross-mod interactions.

The best effort will be made to maintain this pack, both thru update patches and by addressing concerns, bugs, and feedback submitted thru the CurseForge issue tracker for this pack. All patches will come with a changelog outlining each change, as well as a small blurb explaining why the change was made.
