Welcome to Hardcore Husbandry! A semi-realistic Minecraft modpack for those who crave a more immersive and somewhat more challenging survival playthrough. Drawing inspiration from certain intricacies of the real world, this pack brings together an ever-evolving list of mods to transform the way you interact with the environment. 

This Modpack uses the “Essential” Mod for multiplayer features. If there are any multiplayer issues, we will do our best to figure them out alongside the Essential team.

Based around TerraFirmaCraft, you’ll experience a vastly reimagined survival experience, where you’ll need to become a master of metallurgy, understand the geology of your world, and indulge in agriculture to keep track of your livestock and crops. Enhancing your world is the innovative feature of Create and Immersive Engineering, which allows you to harness the power of technology while maintaining a connection to nature around you. Build intricate machinery, automate resource gathering, and create stunning factories that will revolutionize your gameplay. Meanwhile, Farmer’s Delight adds new cooking mechanics, and farming tools that will make your homestead flourish like never before, allowing you to focus on both your sustainability and your resource management in your new home.

If you plan to use shaders!

Due to a small issue with TFC water types, an edit to the existing “Complimentary Unbound 5.2.2” shaders needed to be made to allow the correct texture and model for water to exist in oceans or rivers, while also allowing the shaderpack to correctly work with Distant Horizons. We recommend using this shader pack unless you know how to correctly add different water types to your preferred shader pack. Sorry for the inconvenience.
