Dawn Craft is a modpack which uses a harsh, unforgiving environment to force players into exploring a baring land, so they can prepare for the night. Single player is recommended for it’s horror experience.

 

Whether it is finding refuge in an already barricaded structure or building a base, you must ensure that you are able to prepare for the onslaught of zombies with the ability of forming hordes and breaking down structures. When there is winter, there are also long nights which you cannot sleep in. Make sure to not go insane, since murdering anything around you makes you hallucinate.

 

As the days increase, so do the zombies, so ensure you have looted enough in order to create strong weapons and vehicles. Survive long enough, and you could face world calamity bosses which use the terrain to turn their heaps of flesh into an advantaged form. This mod has been designed to exaggerate the horror elements alongside the difficulty of a zombie apocalypse, requiring the player to never truly have a chance to rest. Anything can kill you, and almost everything will try to.

If you came for a stronger zombie experience: 

Turn off the “Spore” mod while enabling the “Eternal Winters” mod, so only zombies can spawn (recommended solo for the isolated experience).
