Epic Fight + Cobblemon in ONE massive modpack — 600+ Mods (Cobblemon Addons, Ars Nouveau, Cataclysm & more)!

This modpack built around Cobblemon as its Pokémon catching, battling, breeding, and world integration — but it’s not a lightweight “Cobblemon + a few extras” pack. It’s closer to a maximalist fusion of Pokémon-adventure gameplay with a deeply overhauled vanilla Minecraft underneath.

The content pillars, from what we’ve dug through:

Combat overhaul — Epic Fight (plus its addon ecosystem: Battle Arts, animation packs, mob-specific combat mods) replaces vanilla’s simple attack-and-block with a full stance/combo/weapon-based combat system, layered onto both vanilla mobs and Pokémon encounters.
Structured progression — FTB Quests, Cobblemon Quests, More Quest Types, and Advancement Plaques give the pack a guided quest-line spine rather than pure open-ended sandbox play.
Visual overhaul at massive scale — and its full addon suite rework vanilla mob models and animations pack-wide; on top of that sit dozens of Cobblemon-specific cosmetic packs (custom interfaces, shiny effects, region-themed reskins, raid den designs, icon sets) — this pack cares a lot about how things look, not just what they do.
Expanded exploration and world content — Regions Unexplored, Legendary Monuments, and similar world-gen/structure mods extend what there is to actually go out and find, beyond Cobblemon’s own spawn/biome systems.
A long tail of QoL and utility mods — waystones, accessories, item collectors, and similar conveniences that smooth out survival-with-Pokémon friction (inventory, travel, storage).

This is for players who want the feeling of a Pokémon game but with Minecraft’s building/survival/combat depth turned all the way up rather than stripped down to accommodate Cobblemon — heavily quest-guided, visually dense, combat-engaged, and built for people who want a long-haul, content-rich world rather than a quick vanilla-plus-Pokémon session.
