Minecraft isn’t supposed to feel this unsettling.

Dreamscape is a single-player horror experience built around the atmosphere of classic Minecraft, simple, nostalgic, mysterious, and strangely empty, while turning that familiar feeling into something much darker.

The world looks familiar.
The landscapes feel familiar.
The quiet nights feel familiar.
But something is wrong.

Sometimes, that feeling doesn’t stay in the world you started in.

You might find yourself slipping somewhere you were never meant to go, wandering through a crack that shouldn’t be there, or falling asleep only to wake up somewhere that feels strangely familiar.

The places you find aren’t always completely unfamiliar.

Sometimes they look like somewhere you’ve seen before.
A house.
A road.
A building.
A room you’ve never been inside, yet somehow recognize.

Everything seems almost normal.

Almost.

Dreamscape is designed to capture the feeling of discovering Minecraft for the first time.

Quiet forests.
Huge empty landscapes.
Dark caves.
Old-looking terrain.
Simple nights.

A world that feels peaceful when you first enter it.

And then you begin noticing things.

A sound in the distance.
Something moving between the trees.
A strange figure where there shouldn’t be one.
Something that disappears when you get closer.

The world slowly becomes less predictable the longer you survive.

And sometimes, it becomes less predictable in ways that take you somewhere else entirely.

Dreamscape isn’t about constant fighting.

It’s about wondering whether that shape in the distance was actually there.

Some encounters may be dangerous.
Some may simply be strange.
Some may leave you wondering what just happened.

And sometimes, the strangest part is realizing that the place you’re standing in feels familiar.

During the day, the world can feel peaceful.

Darkness becomes oppressive.
The environment becomes harder to read.
Every distant sound becomes suspicious.
Every shadow becomes a possibility.

And the farther you travel from safety, the more vulnerable you feel.

Sometimes the night doesn’t just change the world around you.

Sometimes you wake up somewhere else.

Dreamscape is still Minecraft at its core.

Gather resources.
Build your home.
Mine underground.
Explore the wilderness.
Create farms.
Travel to new places.
Progress normally.

The difference is that you can never be completely certain what you’ll encounter.

There are places beyond the ordinary world, strange dimensions that feel less like completely alien locations and more like distorted pieces of somewhere you already know.

A familiar structure in the wrong place.
A road leading somewhere it shouldn’t.
A room that seems to belong to a memory you can’t quite remember.

Not every place will make sense.

Not every place will explain itself.

Dreamscape is meant to feel like opening an old Minecraft world years after you last played it.

At first, everything feels comforting.
