Create – Aeronauts & Adventurers

This is a modpack i made for me and my friends. They arent really into tech mods unlike me so this modpack tries to leave both parties happy.

Who this modpack is for:

For the friend group with the one friend who has completed ATM10 3 times and the 2 friends that play once a year and enjoy exploration and hard bosses(a little specific, i know)**

There are certain aspects of the modpack that have been nerfed or buffed immensely, as an example flight.

I believe flight for exploration to be far too broken no matter the price.

So Stuff and Additions jetpacks and filling/fueling tanks have had their fuel tank size reduced significantly as well as their flight speed(they are bassicly as slow as crawling, up to the netherite jetpack which is as fast as walking). My idea is that the jetpacks should only be used as an alternative to scaffolding. (Ars warp scrolls and Iron’s teleport spells have been disabled or nerfed to the ground)

So the only reasonable long distance flight choice is using Create: Aeronautics.

Waystones come at a price!

They arent any more expensive in crafting, actually the quite the opposite! You can buy warp stones from the shop for cheap. Where the cost comes in is levels. Using a warp stone has had its XP price increased. So a teleportation of 1500 blocks costs around 7 levels (if you are level 30). So if you are level 30 you can travel 1500 blocks 3 times.

On the other hand….

There is a shop!

I believe the shop solves some of the more annoying grinds in the game while giving more of a reason, other than bio diesel, to make crop farms. Some items come at a price though so keep that in mind.

Ultimine is better… i think?

FTB Ultimine is an awesome tool for when you want to make your base but you dont want to sit and watch as you mine 11 stacks of deepslate block by block. Thats why the ultimine limit has been increased from 64 to 128. But Ultimine right clicking crops has been disabled. This change is to encourage the creation of create and create aeronautics machines for that task.

QOL and ore farming recepies.

Some QOL recipes have been added. As an example mixing cobblestone in a heated basin turns it into cobbled deepslate, redstone is somewhat automatable and tuff has a reasonable recipe(the one from ars doesnt count), washing cobbled deepslate turns into tuff (so cobbled deepslate turns into ores in tiny amounts). Also crushing kelp makes green dye so you have a nicer recipe for lime dye which can be turned into slime.

Note:

This is my first ever published modpack, it contains some stuff that are 100 million% unbalanced and some elements that are most likely too grindy. I havent really interacted with L_Ender or iron’s bosses thats why there arent many changes to those mods in general. Im not going to put any donation links and i will have monetization disabled as i believe this modpack is a mess and i cant promise to support it.
