Mod list w/out libraries:    –    TLDR; just a simple summary of what each mod does

Appleskin  –  See your hunger and saturation

AttributeFix  –  Allows certain values to go higher than vanilla allows

Basic Nether Ores  –  generates vanilla and a few modded Ores in the nether

BetterEnd (Forge)  –  Adds 13 new alien-like biomes to the end, like giant lakes with weird fish or dark and creepy forests to beautiful crystal mountains

Better Hunger  –  lets you eat even when full, and when your hunger bar empties you instantly die

Biomes O’ Plenty  –  Adds idr how many biomes, completely overhauling the overworld

Cosmetic Armor Reworked  –  allows you to hide your armor or wear a set of decorational armor

End Remastered  –  makes getting to the end more difficult, as you need 11 unique eyes of ender found in the structures of the world

Enhanced Mushrooms  –  makes mushroom stems into a new wood type

Exotic Birds  –  adds over 100 new birds that spawn naturally and a unique egg system

Fairy Lights  –  adds many new decorational light sources

First-person Model  –  Allows you to see your body in first person

Janoeo  –  generates dense ores and new ores across the 3 dimensions

Just Enough Items (JEI)  –  lets you view all items and their recipes

Just Enough Resources (JER)  –  ^ but also shows mob drops and chest loot

Ma Enchants  –  adds new enchants like multi jump or lumberjack

Neat  –  visualizes health in using health bars

Not Enough Animations (Forge/Fabric)  –  shows more animations in 3rd person, and in 1st person if enabled, like eating or rowing a boat

OptiForge  –  allows optifine to be run with forge

Pam’s HarvestCraft  2 – Food Core  –  adds many new foods using vanilla items

Performant  –  greatly increases performance

Quark O’ Plenty  –  adds missing quark features to Biomes O’ Plenty, like unique chests or leaf piles

Quark Oddities  –  Stuff that’s too weird for default quark

Quark  –  adds a Lot of smallish features, like frogs, new stone types, a pickaxe boomerang, and many more!

Scaling Health  –  Allows you to increase your max health and damage, and slowly increases difficulty over time

Serene Seasons  –  the seasons will now change, letting snow fall in biomes that couldn’t before, or getting warm enough to begin melting a snowy taiga

Simply Tea!  –  adds tea trees and teapots with brewable teas

Smooth Boot (Forge)  –  makes the game not lag out when first booting up

Sneaky Magic  –  hides curses and allows incompatible enchants to work together

Somnia Awoken  –  makes sleep more intuitive, as you can sleep whenever you’re tired, and staying up too late causes side effects

Sound Filters  –  adds reverb to caves and muffles sound in water or behind wool blocks

Survival Overhaul  –  Adds a temperature system and new armors to warm you up or cool you down

Tetra  –  adds an in depth modification system to your tools, allowing the creations of knives, mattocks, adzes and more

Towers Of The Wild  –  large towers will semi rarely spawn, containing a waystone and a chest at the top

Upgrade Aquatic  –  upgrades the oceans again, with new coral, easier to get nautilus shells, and two new wood types

Valhelsia Structures  –  adds a few new structures scattered about your world

Voyage  –  adds new biomes without adding any new blocks, like a flower plains

Waystones  –  allows you to teleport to other waystones you’ve discovered, and can be moved

YUNG’s Better Caves (Forge)  –  amplifies caves, making them larger, more immersive, and easier to get lost in

YUNG’s Better Mineshafts (Forge)  –  makes mineshafts a tad rarer, occasionally spawn with a surface entrance, and generally makes them bigger and look better

Libraries:  –   ALL of these are simply requirements for one or more of the mods listed above. Don’t really do anything on their own.
