Cheese’s Steam & Spells

This modpack delivers an epic, exploration-driven Minecraft experience centered on vast, challenging worlds and industrial-scale survival. 

The usefulness for Create mod’s trains usually disappears when other quality of life mods make them irrelevant with interdimensional, infinidistant transport. I wanted a reason for vast rail networks to exist besides mere cool-factor. Resources spawn normally, but farming them infinately will take some ingenuity. Trains will be required to move lava, items, and players around vast terrain generated by Terralith and Tectonic. 

Similarly, I wanted a reason to craft and eat hundreds of different modded foods. This pack offers that reason by including Spice of Life: Apple Pie Edition. Now, the variety of foods you eat matters. Automation and exploration will be key in order to find a variety of ingredients and harvest them at scale.

Mods have been included to overhaul structures, making exploration a unique experience. Bosses, dungeons, new enemies, powerful artifacts, are all strong pulls to get you out of your base.

The core content is already here. I just need to work on polish.

Roadmap looks like this:

• Add in a loose questline to help balance the early-game and guide the player towards success
• Game phases triggered by quest completion (the idea being that large monsters will periodically raid your base, necessitating the use of Create: Big Cannons and other powerful defenses)
