This modpack contains DOOMED which simulates semi-realistic injury and treatment, as well as mental effects caused by the act of survival itself.

Some of the contents can be distressing, and should not be viewed by those susceptible to negative ideation.

Please seek professional help if the modpack begins to negatively impact your well being.

This means, that by nature, this modpack contains:

▪ Graphic injury and gore – bleeding, broken bones, amputation, shrapnel, blown-out eyes, wounds you treat by hand 

▪ Sustained medical distress – pain, suffocation, cardiac failure, brain damage, sickness, hands-on treatment you can fail 

▪ Drug synthesis, use, addiction and withdrawal – opioids included (possible to disable in config) – depicted with their costs

▪ Cannibalism, with a disease you can only catch from it

▪ Despair, and self-harm themes. A character in a very low mental state can enter a self-harm episode; DOOMED contains a despair-driven, unskippable death sequence in which the character confronts their own self-destruction.

This modpack was designed with themes inspired by such works as Casualties: Unknown and Project Zomboid.  It is not affiliated with either work.
