Arcadian Nights – Magic Comes Alive

This modpack is made with the intention for being used on a private SMP, so don’t expect too many updates!

But for those interested; welcome to Arcadian Nights, a heavily focused magic-based modpack, built in with mods to assist in roleplay scenarios and extensive building.

Magic Within

Botania – A personal favourite of mine, Botania is one of the most visually appealing magic mods to date, featuring a GUI-less system and way too many pretty lights to count. Control and make mana from flowers and the forces of nature, and use it to make crazy contraptions or some of the best gear available. Botania is joined by it’s addons MythicBotany and Botanical Additions, which lets you push your craft to the next level.

Ars Nouveau – The legacy of Ars Magica is well and alive in its modern descendant, giving you a magic mod where the magic is only limited by the size of your spellbook and your own imagination. Use glyphs to create wholly unique spells, everything from mining bores all the way to a persistent lightning storm to rain down destruction. This combined with a host of uniquely upgradable tools such as Battlemage Armour or the Enchanter’s series of tools, the world is your oyster. Pair it further with Ars Elemental and Too Many Glyphs, you truly are unlimited.

Mystical Agriculture – A classic among classics, Mystical Agriculture is the dream for the resource enthusiast, allowing you to grow Diamonds as easy as crops, or even create personalized and upgradable spawners using their Soulium materials. Combined with genuinely some of the defacto most powerful armour available in modded Minecraft, you are sure to find power in these fields, in particular with addons such as Mystical Agradditions.

Origins – Origins was, and still is, one of the most fascinating mods to add to a pack, because it introduces so many options for every single player. And when you then combine it with addons such as Origins++ and Mythic Origins, players are spoiled for choice with how to make a unique identity for themselves. Be the spawn of withers, fly around as an Elytrian, strike fear in the hearts of mortal men over why you chose the Chicken origin over everything else!
