Commands configuration

• “/whereitbelongs radius <value>` to change the active radius, where if `value = 1“, then it means you have to stand on the storage block itself in order for this to work.
• “/whereitbelongs los <bool>` to turn _LOS Check_ **_on_** or **_off_**, `true` or `false“ respectively
