Use a Refined Stone on an anvil to increase the refinement level of weapons. Each level adds bonus attack damage

I noticed when I play with my friends, they just looking for strongest weapons when start, that makes sense but boring, I want somehow balance this, so I made this mod.

Features
• Upgrade supported weapons using Refined Stones.
• Add bonus attack damage for every refinement level.
• Configure supported items and maximum levels.
• Configure the upgrade success chance from 0% to 100%.
• Failed upgrades consume the Refined Stone but reduce the weapon’s refinement level by one.
• Administrative commands for managing supported weapons.
• Optional JEI integration for viewing refinement recipes.

Configuration
The configuration file is created automatically at:
config/weapon_level_up/weapon_level_up_config.json

You can configure:
• success_chance: Upgrade success chance from 0 to 100.
• enable: Whether an item can be refined.
• level: The maximum refinement level for the item.

Commands require permission level 4:
