Villager For Hire

Villager for Hire is a large-scale villager management, worker automation, army command, faction, and conquest mod for Minecraft Forge 1.20.1.

Instead of villagers being limited to vanilla professions and trading, Villager for Hire allows you to recruit villagers into your settlement as specialized workers or organize them into a disciplined army. Build farms and work areas, automate resource production, create military groups, develop recruits through multiple combat ranks, establish factions, claim territory, and command large-scale battles directly from an in-game command interface.

The goal of the mod is to bring settlement management and tactical army gameplay into Minecraft while keeping the experience integrated with Minecraft’s normal survival world.

Villager for Hire is an actively developed project.
The mod already contains a substantial worker, military, faction, progression and command framework, but additional balancing, AI improvements, profession improvements, compatibility work and new gameplay systems may continue to be added in future releases.
