Username Validation Disable

This mod removes any type of Internal Exception: Illegal characters in chat and username! This mod is made for breaking Minecraft’s limits and it makes every username and chat character allowed! It also added Paragraph as selector so you won’t have problems with your username in commands.
Functions:
-You can type § in chat and send it and also you can format chat with it!
-You can now set your username to whatever you like FE: §k §r or %#@?!.
-If you type username that contains § in command, command won’t show error!
