Unusual Prehistory 2 is a complete remake of Unusual Prehistory! This mod adds the ability to revive a variety of prehistoric creatures and plants with various ways to interact with them.

Quick Start Guide

To begin your journey to resurrect prehistoric plants and animals, you need to find fossils found throughout the world. Fossils can be found in various biomes on the surface, including plains, badlands, stony shores, mountains, and swamps. Once you find a fossil, use a brush to dust off the matrix blocks and then break the revealed fossil bed with a pickaxe!
Fossils are only step one though, to revive prehistoric plants and animals you need a transmogrifier. Abandoned Labs can be found in forest biomes occasionally and inside you can find a transmogrifier. To fuel the transmogrifier you need to create some organic ooze, which can be crafted with rotten flesh, slime balls, milk, and sugar. When Farmer’s Delight is installed, organic ooze is crafted with a Cooking Pot instead.

This mod is currently being developed for NeoForge 1.21.1. No backports are planned.
