Tulip Tweaks

This Datapack adds some usefull, ballanced and vanilla frendly features.

Main changes:

• Revamps the early game progression to make use of copper instead of stone tools

– Wood > Copper > Iron…

– Makes copper ore minable with a wooden pickaxe

• Adds a way to craft chainmail armor with iron nuggets and ingots

– Leather > Chailmail > Iron…

• Replaces the gold powered rails with copper ones
• Adds a way to grind materials down to sand using the stonecutter

– Stone/Granite/Diorite… > Cobblestone/Cobbled Deepslate > Gravel x2 > Sand x2
