HvS Trophy By Joashh

This mod adds a Hunters vs Speedrunners gamemode to Minecraft.
The trophy can only be mined with a diamond or netherite pickaxe, and takes about 5 seconds to mine.
The mod comes with tracking compasses, team colours and commands to set up and run the game.

Setting up:
Place the trophy and its position is registered automatically, so the compasses start tracking it straight away. Only one trophy can be placed at a time, and it stays tracked even after the server restarts.
Everyone is a hunter by default, so you only need to choose the runners.
The first time a world loads, the mod turns off the locator bar, the daylight cycle (setting the time to midday) and the weather. You can change any of these afterwards and the mod won’t reset them.

Commands:
/hvs runner <player> – Assigns a player as a runner.
/hvs hunter <player> – Turns a player back into a hunter.
/hvs remove <player> – Leaves a player out of the game, for example whoever is filming.
/hvs list – Shows the runners, hunters, trophy position and whether a game is running.
/hvs trophy – Teleports you to the trophy and puts its coordinates in chat. Click the coordinates to copy them.
/hvs trophy set – Registers the block you’re standing on as the trophy position, if you’re not using the trophy block.
/hvs timer <seconds> – Sets a timer that freezes the hunters at the beginning of the game. While frozen they can’t move, break or place blocks, use items or attack. It is off by default.
/hvs start – Run this when you are ready to begin. It gives the hunters a compass that tracks the nearest runner, and gives the runners a compass that leads to the trophy.
/hvs get – Gives the player a compass if they happen to lose theirs.
/hvs give <player> – Gives a player the compass for their team.
/hvs stop – Ends the game early with no winner.
/hvs reset – Clears the runners and the trophy position, ready for the next game.
/hvs settings – Turns features on or off, such as runner elimination, respawn compasses, compasses at the start and the win celebration.
/hvs worldsettings – Turns the locator bar, daylight cycle and weather back off.

When a hunter dies, they will automatically be given a new compass when they respawn.
If a runner dies they will be eliminated from the game. If there are no runners left the game ends and the hunters win.
If a runner mines the trophy, the runners win.

The hunter’s compass changes from red to gold to green as they get closer to a runner, starting from 100 blocks away. When the hunter gets within 50 blocks of the runner, their compass will freeze and go green to show they are nearby, without leading them directly to the runner.

Please note that this mod was made purely for videos, so it does not have any other functions. The trophy can only be used in creative and is not craftable.
As this mod is only for videos, older versions will not be updated to include any new features that the newest ones may have.
