Currently, the mod adds 2 blocks for resource generation

• Neutron Combiner – a block that can hold up to 64 Neutron Collectors(avaritia) in a single slot. It also reduces the production time of Neutronium piles to 1 minute.

• Antimatter Generator – a block that generates 1 Pellet of Antimatter(mekanism) per 100 mFE
