Tool Skills

Your tools grow with you. Every pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe and sword levels up through use and earns a skill point on every level-up. Spend the points in a skill tree that is unique for each tool type, so no two tools develop the same way.

Features

• Tool levels up to 50. Tools gain XP from mining (pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe) and from kills (sword). Level, XP and skill points are shown in the item tooltip.
• 5 skill trees with 3 branches each (60 skills). Maxing every skill costs more points than a level-50 tool has, so you have to choose.
  • Pickaxe: Efficiency, Ores (Vein Miner, double ore drops), Tunneling (3×3 mining)
  • Axe: Lumberjack (Tree Feller with replanting), Combat, Craftsmanship
  • Sword: Blade (crits, finisher, flame blade), Hunter (extra loot, mob heads), Survival (life steal, parry)
  • Shovel: Efficiency (3×3 paths), Excavation (3×3 digging), Treasure (find small and rare treasures)
  • Hoe: Harvest (area harvest, auto-replant), Farming (plough, irrigation), Growth (crops grow near you)
• Skill tree GUI. Press K to open the tree of the tool in your hand, with connections, colours and tooltips.
• Fair and server-safe. All skill choices are checked on the server. Vein Miner, Tree Feller and 3×3 mining respect claims, spawn protection, adventure mode and durability, and never break your tool.
• Respec. Reset a tool’s skills and get every point back (costs XP levels, configurable).
• Configurable. XP curve, max level, XP sources, respec cost, and disabling single skills or whole effect types.
• Datapack-driven skills. Add or change skills with JSON files in a datapack.
• Languages: English and German.

Deutsch

Deine Werkzeuge wachsen mit dir. Spitzhacke, Axt, Schaufel, Hacke und Schwert leveln durch Benutzung und bekommen pro Level-Up einen Skillpunkt. Den verteilst du in einem Skill-Baum, der für jedes Werkzeug anders ist: 60 Skills, 3 Zweige pro Werkzeug, darunter Vein Miner, Baumfäller, 3×3-Abbau, Lebensraub und automatisches Nachpflanzen. Taste K öffnet den Skill-Baum, V schaltet den 3×3-Abbau um. Benötigt Fabric API und muss auf Client und Server installiert sein.
