Tiny Takeover: Modern Behavior (backport fix)

This is a mod that fixes the behaviors of baby animals introduced in the tiny takeover backport mod located here:

Implemented:

• Babies recognize their complete vanilla food sets.
• Holding food attracts babies.
• Feeding accelerates growth by 10% of remaining time.
• Babies follow nearby adults of their species.
• Babies no longer naturally despawn like mobs do
• Growth preserves:
  • Custom names and name visibility
  • Fence leads without dropping or consuming the lead
  • Health percentage
  • Status effects
  • Motion, rotation, fire state and persistence
  • Scoreboard tags and persistent mod data
• Carry On optionally recognizes Tiny Takeover babies without globally enabling hostile-mob pickup.
• Jade optionally displays remaining growth time or Growth paused.
• Tiny Takeover is the only required dependency.

  Growth times have also been adjusted to match vanilla growth times.
