– Time of day
– Biome Temperature
– Weather
– Nearby Blocks
– Food Consumption
– Potions
– Some New Items
(Hand Warmers, Ice Packs)
– Insulating Enchantment 
(Chestplate Enchantment)

If your temperature drops to low you can experience-
Stiffness – Slowness, Mining Fatigue
Frost Bite – Damage over time (similar to poison)
If you temperature exceeds health levels you can experience-
Exhaustion – Slowness, Nausea
Heat Stroke – Damage over time (similar to poison0
