Changes the Surface Condition
rule steep to apply to all 4 cardinal directions, not only North or East facing surfaces.
This rule is used primarily to place stone, ice and other surface coverings in the listed biomes:
- Snowy Slopes
- Jagged Peaks
- Frozen Peaks

This mod was built from the ground-up to have unique, non-copywritten code. I took care to guarantee this, since other mods that solved this issue are ARR.
