Stasis Ward

**Stasis Ward** turns vanilla amethyst into a real containment system for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge).

Four **Amethyst Stasis Pillars** and a **Stasis Pedestal** form a rectangular stasis field. Drop amethyst blocks into the pedestal to activate it: hostile mobs freeze in place, deaths convert into Stasis Energy, and item drops are pulled into a shared 27-slot vault. For base defense, a separate **Ward Pedestal** projects a larger Pyramid or Cube ward. Tune width, depth and height with on-screen sliders, then click **Deploy Ward** — the ward intercepts arrows, potions, blaze fireballs, ghast fireballs and wither skulls before they reach the protected area.

The mod also adds the three-mode **Bound-Realm Staff**, **Moon Silver** ore and mid-game equipment, Charged Amethyst Shards, Crystal Cores, and a full Amethyst gear set upgraded from netherite on an anvil. Amethyst weapons apply a Stasis Mark; the armor set adds a stasis aura, melee backlash, softer falls, and buffered projectile / explosion / fire / frost damage.

### What you can build

– **Stasis field** — four pillars on a rectangle at least 5×5 (up to 512 per side), plus a pedestal fueled with amethyst blocks. Hostiles lock in place and lose AI. Mobs at or below 20 max health take 4 true damage every 2 seconds; bosses and high-HP elites are immune to that automatic damage. About 70% of max health becomes Stasis Energy on death. Explosions, wither / dragon griefing, endermen, silverfish and farmland trampling are blocked.
– **Stasis Console** — energy bar, bottle charging, height slider (4–96 even, or Auto), 27-slot vault. Sneak-right-click a pillar to nudge height +2. Linked chests / barrels / hoppers / shulker boxes drain the vault.
– **Base ward** — fuel with amethyst shards, blocks or Charged Amethyst Shards; pick Pyramid or Cube; size up to 64×64×48; click **Deploy Ward**. Placing the pedestal or inserting fuel does **not** auto-deploy.
– **Bound-Realm Staff** — soul-binding core, soul-rending ray, and realm ward stake.

### Gear path

– **Moon Silver** generates in the Overworld (stone and deepslate). Mid-game set between diamond and netherite.
– **Amethyst gear** is endgame: netherite item + Crystal Core on an anvil for 30 levels. Enchantments, custom name and durability ratio are kept. Weapons apply Stasis Mark; armor has 2-piece and 4-piece bonuses.

### Getting started

1. Craft four Amethyst Stasis Pillars and one Stasis Pedestal.
2. Place the pillars on the four corners of a 5×5 or larger rectangle.
3. Place the pedestal inside and right-click it with amethyst blocks (about one in-game day per block, up to 7).
4. Open the console to set height and empty the vault. Use a Stasis Linker: field base, then a storage block.
5. For a base shield, place a Ward Pedestal, insert fuel, set size / shape, click **Deploy Ward**.
