SlashBlade Refine Increased Damage Reform

The forging damage enhancement formula (old) of SlashBlade Resharped is unhealthy.
Its explosive growth in the early stage will make it difficult for the integration package to control the numerical value during the magic modification, with high damage in the early stage and no positive feedback in the later stage.
The rewritten forging damage formula (new) has a smoother growth, making it easier to control numerical values and providing better feedback in the later stages.

Version 1.1 can adjust the calculated values through configuration files to match the damage curve to one’s liking (although there is almost no panel improvement after 1024 refine, it is not my problem, but the actual damage has been improved).

Version 1.1 has added a command to modify the parameters for pulling swords.

拔刀剑：重锋的锻造增伤公式(old)或许是不健康的。
它现在的前期爆发式增长会让整合包在魔改的时候难以把控数值，前期伤害太高，后期没有正反馈等等。
而重写的锻造增伤公式(new)是较为平滑成长的，可以更方便的把控数值，后期也能有较好的反馈。
