SlashBlade: Return Journey is an addon mod for SlashBlade: Resharped, featuring 9 carefully crafted custom SlashBlades.

Each blade is manually modeled in Blockbench with carefully designed UV layouts. Every weapon features its own unique blade model, sheath, broken form, and exclusive visual effects, along with unique Sword Arts (SA) and Special Effects (SE).

Fox-themed dual blades.

Charge up to summon a sky full of phantom swords that rain down upon and pursue your enemies, or unleash a lightning-fast thrust before instantly flashing backward, leaving sword shadows piercing through the air.

Chieri Yukimura

Unleash a frenzied flurry of slashes known as “Snowfall Dance.”

Enemies hit by the attack are immediately frozen.

Hollow Husk

Hold the attack button to lock onto an enemy.

Release to instantly flash in front of the target and perform a powerful upward draw slash, followed by a devastating rain of swords from above.

Red Eye

Close the distance with a powerful thrust, then unleash two intersecting rings of sword aura.

Under the blood moon, no one survives.

Ars Almal / Ars Almal · Zero

Unleash eight-pointed radial sword auras and massive four-directional cross-shaped sword waves.

The attacks pierce through mobs and knock enemies back, with every strike leaving a bloody trail.

Rice-Loving Big Fish

A special collaboration featuring the Whale Girl (ds Whale).

Once the special state is activated, waves of sword aura surge forward like a breaching whale.

Sakura

Hold the attack button to rise into the air and hover above the battlefield.

From high above, unleash a series of long-range slashes while a beautiful storm of falling cherry blossoms fills the air.

Gameplay Mechanics

All weapons are built around the original SlashBlade progression system.

Defeat enemies to increase your Proud Soul level.

Higher levels unlock increasingly powerful passive abilities.

Every blade has its own unique SA (Sword Art), activated by holding right-click to charge and then releasing it.

Each blade also has unique SE (Special Effect) abilities, which become permanently active or have a chance to trigger after reaching certain levels.

Every blade comes with its own broken form and a complete set of crafting recipes.

Crafting stronger blades requires specific kill counts with the corresponding blade, as well as Proud Souls.

Progress through the crafting system step by step and forge increasingly powerful weapons.

The Sword Arts, damage values, and visual effects are all designed as extensions of the original SlashBlade system, while preserving its fundamental balance framework.
