Skeleton Marksman

It adds the strongest skeleton in 1.7.10, which is named “Skeleton Marksman”.
Try mobs you come up with against this Skeleton! It has an absolute damage cap and dangerous attacks. Every single arrow can bypass the victim’s defense and give a significant damage. 

Also it adds a weapon named “Ultra Kill Sword”. It is probably the strongest 1.7.10 weapon that does not force-despawn/remove mobs. Right click to make it at its full-power!

Lore : Void Wither is a servant of Skeleton Marksman. they were a friend when their youth, but Void Wither became very arrogant and Skeleton Marksman lowkey destroyed him. So Void Wither eventually surrendered to  Skeleton Marksman and now is a servant of his.
