Silk Touch 2

Adds a new level of silk touch that lets you get the exact blockstate of the block you mined.
Combine two silk touch books to get it
Probably can dupe things like doors and pistons or cause some strange behaviour with other blocks so dont add this to a serious world.

Made this mostly as a joke so i could build with blockstates that you couldnt normally obtain easily.
