Shran’s Mini Advent of Ascension

This mod was made entirely using Deepseek 4.1 Flash 1017. It is not perfect, but I am just tinkering with some AI Tools.

A standalone NeoForge 1.21.1 adventure mod inspired by Advent of Ascension and DivineRPG. Five hostile rift dimensions, each with its own palette, creatures, sovereign, resources, equipment and structures.

Progression

1. The Verdant Reach — craft a Verdant Rift Key from emeralds, glow berries and amethyst. Find a temple, defeat the Gloomcap Tyrant for Verdant Essence, craft the Verdant Sigil, then use it on an arena altar to summon Thornwake. Its Heart of the Wilds opens Emberfall.
2. Emberfall — survive the heat, defeat Ignis, and take the Cinder Core to the Astral Expanse.
3. Astral Expanse — exploit low gravity, defeat Starforge Sentinel, and descend to the Abyssal Kingdom.
4. Abyssal Kingdom — fight underwater, defeat Abyssal Monarch, and open the Umbral Bleed.
5. Umbral Bleed — the final world. Defeat Hollow Crown for its relic and the strongest gear.

Return Beacon (crafted) and sneak-using any Rift Key return you to the Overworld. Boss Sigils are crafted from each dimension’s crystal, resource and miniboss essence. Rift Keys can be reused.

Content

• 5 dimensions built from custom noise settings and a custom biome source (3 biomes each).
• 35 field mobs with seven procedural silhouettes and five elemental identities.
• 5 minibosses and 5 sovereign bosses with boss bars, phases, volleys, summons, rushes and arena tethers.
• 5 structure types per dimension: ruins, abandoned camps, dungeons, boss arenas and temples.
• Custom ores, storage blocks, wood sets, glowing flora, crystal clusters, bricks and altars.
• 5 armor sets with set bonuses, 5 swords with elemental shockwaves, 5 bows, 5 staffs, pickaxes and axes.
• Custom OGG ambience, boss roars, mob sounds and five custom particle types.
• Custom sky/fog palettes, heat/pressure/corruption hazards, low gravity in the Astral Expanse.
• Chest, block and entity loot tables, advancements, recipes and a common config.

Config

config/mini_aoa-common.toml controls spawn pulse interval, attempts per player, mob cap, elite chance and environmental hazards.

Build

The installable jar is written to build/libs/mini_aoa-1.0.0.jar.
