Shield Mastery
Master the vanilla shield with server-authoritative timing-based parries. Start blocking inside the configurable 200 ms window to cancel the hit, push back a melee attacker, reflect standard and compatible modded projectiles, and earn exactly one counterattack bonus. Ordinary blocking outside the window remains vanilla.

Requires Minecraft 1.20.1, Fabric Loader, Fabric API and Java 17. Install on client and server. Compatible with Sodium, Lithium and standard content mods; no chunks are forced and no world scan occurs. MIT licensed.
