Overview

Shaded War brings modern drone warfare to Minecraft: FPV drones with real acro flight physics, loitering munitions and cruise missiles with launchers, interceptor drones, and electronic warfare. Signal, battery, OSD/HUD and synthesized engine sound are all simulated.

Arsenal

FPV drones

• 7″ FPV: standard long-range FPV quad.
• 7″ Strike FPV: kamikaze FPV with an RPG warhead.
• Tiny Whoop: small, light indoor quad.
• P1-SUN Interceptor: very fast “bullet” interceptor that hunts Shaheds, missiles and jet drones and detonates next to them. Has its own Betaflight-style OSD.

FPV drones come in 1x / 2x / 4x signal versions for longer range.

Loitering munitions and missiles

• Shahed-136: loitering munition, launched from the Shahed Launcher.
• Shahed-238: jet-powered version, in white and black.
• Geran-5: jet attack drone.
• FP-5 “Flamingo”: cruise missile, fired from the FP-5 Launcher.

Equipment and electronic warfare

• FPV Controller: links to a drone and flies it.
• FPV Goggles: the pilot’s view, with OSD and video interference.
• FPV Configurator: tune rates and flight physics in game.
• Monitor: operator station with a camera feed from Shahed-type drones.
• REB Emitter + REB Battery: a jammer that cuts control links and brings down drones nearby.

How to fly FPV

1. Put on the FPV Goggles.
2. Right-click the drone with the FPV Controller to link and take control.

• Shift + right-click the drone: link only.
• Shift + right-click in the air: clear the link.

1. Press V to arm, hold Space for throttle and steer with the mouse.
2. To pick a drone up: Shift + right-click it with an empty hand (it must be disarmed).

Mouse and keyboard (default)

FPV is flown mainly with the mouse; the keyboard adds throttle, yaw and arming.

Gamepad and RC transmitter support 🎮

You can fly with a gamepad or a real RC transmitter connected as a joystick. A built-in calibration wizard helps you set it up:

• Device selection: choose which controller to use.
• Stick wizard: map and calibrate the sticks.
• Arm switch: assign any switch or button to arm.
• Rates: Betaflight-style RC Rate / Super Rate / Expo.

The wizard opens when a new controller is detected. You can also open it with the “Open Controller Calibration” key; set it under Options → Controls → Shaded War.

Signal and battery

• The signal weakens with distance and obstacles; you’ll see video noise before you lose the link.
• REB jammers cut the link inside their range.
• The battery drains with throttle. Keep an eye on the OSD.
