This mod is for Neoforge 1.21.1 servers (not meant to be installed on a client initially, but it may work). It logs the death reason and coordinates of all players and can return the 5 most recent deaths of any player to OPs via the /deathlog command, and any player can run /lastdeath to see their most recent death log. It also logs villager deaths. OP’s are notified in chat whenever anyone/villager dies. I have NOT tested compatibility for other versions but I assume it works for 1.21+ only. Added new /deathbackup (player) (index #) command so OPs can restore items lost upon death (gravestone mod + lava, I’m looking at you.) Server indexes latest 5 deaths for each player with the index always beginning at 0 for the latest (0-4).
