Adds wands that have compatability with material mods, trigger spells, more complex grammar and boolean logic, multi-stage casting, block inscription, simple Create and Aeronautics compatability, transmutation, spells that can access dynamically generated tags and status effects, and much more.

In beta for now, there is a lot more planned to be added and refined upon.
