Build a 3×3 ring of crying obsidian, place an armor stand as the vessel, equip it with gear, and mark it with a name tag bearing the lost player’s name.

If the ritual is correct, the effigy is consumed in a burst of lightning, the obsidian circle collapses, and the fallen player is returned to life at the ritual site.
