Quick Resource Pack is a client-side Fabric mod: pick a resource pack once, then toggle it anytime while playing.

Features

Quick Toggle

• Toggle your selected pack with a configurable keybind (default: R)
• The toggle only fires while playing with no screen open, so typing in chat never triggers it
• Background loading to reduce in-game freezes
• In-game chat notifications when the pack is enabled or disabled

Built-in UI

• Small in-game quick menu on an optional keybind: toggle, pack shortcut, notification and auto-apply switches
• Config screen with a resource pack dropdown

Configuration

• Select target resource pack
• Enable or disable notifications
• Optional auto-apply on game start
• Cloth Config + Mod Menu integration (the config/quickresourcepack.json file can also be edited by hand; a corrupt file is backed up and reset automatically)

Requirements

• Fabric Loader
• Fabric API
• Cloth Config API
• Mod Menu (optional, adds the config button)
• Patch-specific files are provided per supported Minecraft version

Usage

1. Go to Mods > Quick Resource Pack > Configure and pick the pack.
2. Press the toggle key in-game to switch it on or off.

Compatibility

• Client-side only (no server installation required)
• Works alongside common client-side mods (including Sodium and Iris)
