Adds a recipe-book style panel to Mekanism’s QIO Dashboard. Let’s you browse crafting recipes directly from QIO and transfer ingredients into the selected QIO crafting grid.

– QIO styled recipe button and detached recipe window
– Searchable recipe output grid
– Craftable and All recipe modes 
– Click to transfer recipes into the active QIO crafting grid
– Mekanism style item tooltips and UI styling
– Lazy craftability checks to reduce lag with large QIO inventories (Tested against 500k items)
