This mod prevents hostile mobs from spawning in an area where a Nether Star is placed in an Item Frame. This can protect you and your home.

Currently maintaining for 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3 branches (Fabric)

How does it work?

1. You place a Nether Star in an Item Frame (or any Item Frame variant).
2. Now it will prevent spawning hostile mobs within its 32 blocks radius.

Client side or server side?

Server side only. Works in singleplayer too. And it’s also very lightweight mod.
