Backport of Poof Sounds mod by V0calgiant12 for Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge.
This mod is a small mod that adds a little detail from Minecraft: Story Mode. When a mob dies, it will play a poof sound when the cloud of smoke appears from the mob.
The mod is client-side only meaning you don’t have to install it on the server.
Legal note: This backport does not use any code from the original mod; it was written entirely by AlexSocol. All sounds are included in the mod under fair use and do not belong to AlexSocol.
