Phantom Config

Requires Cloth Config API and Fabric API

Configure many features of phantoms such as:
– How soon they start spawning
– How they spawn (insanity from the distant end or lack of sleep)
– How many spawn
– Light level of the player where they spawn
– Whether or not they spawn in mushroom biomes
– And how often they spawn!

Only required serverside or in singleplayer
