Phalanx SMP Mod

This mod exists solely to add the odds and ends required by the unique concept of the Phalanx SMP. The following is a full list of everything that it adds (which will be updated with new versions):

• Claim block. This block exists to prevent accidental violations of Phalanx’s offline protection rule. It can apply debuffs to tresspassers when the owner is offline on a gamerule. The owner is whichever player placed the block.
