About Pet Status

Pet Status gives every player a private remote dashboard for their own pets. Check health, sitting state, dimension, last-known coordinates, and distance without returning to every pet individually.

How it works

Press U to open the dashboard. The binding can be changed in Minecraft’s Controls menu. Newly tamed pets are discovered immediately. Existing pets are added after the server loads them once with Pet Status installed.

Loaded means the entry is live. Last known means the pet is currently in an unloaded chunk and the displayed state is the most recent saved snapshot. Distance to an unloaded pet’s saved position is shown as approximate. If the pet is in another dimension, Pet Status shows that instead of inventing a distance.

Installation

Pet Status and Zero Lib must be installed on both the client and server. Architectury API is required, and Fabric installations also require Fabric API.

Fabric and NeoForge files are separate and cannot be used with the other loader.
