It seamlessly monitors light levels and distance, ensuring your path is always lit without interrupting your flow. Highly configurable and designed to be unobtrusive, it’s the perfect companion for builders, miners, and adventurers alike.

• Intelligent Placement: Automatically places torches only when the light level drops below your chosen threshold.
• Smart Distance Tracking: Ensures torches aren’t wasted by maintaining a configurable minimum distance between them.
• Auto-Crafting: Low on torches? Pathlighter can automatically craft more from coal/charcoal and sticks in your inventory if enabled.
• Sneak-to-Pause: Need a break or working on a specific build? Simply sneak to temporarily disable automatic placement.
• Mining Tool Requirement: Optionally configure the mod to only trigger while you are holding a digging tool (Pickaxe, Shovel, etc.).
• Blacklist Support: Prevent torches from being placed on specific blocks (like Glass or Ice) to preserve your aesthetics.

Usage & Controls
