Paint Literally Anywhere (PLA)

Paint on any block with any RGB colour. As the mod name suggests, _paint literally anywhere!_

Paint brush

Craft a paint brush with 2 sticks and 3 feathers.

Left Click on a block to paint, Right Click to configure your paint brush. You can change the selected tool, brush size, resolution, colour and emissivity of your paint brush.

Important note for Dedicated Servers

To get accurate block shapes on dedicated servers, a bit of special setup is required. If you are just playing in singleplayer/LAN, these steps are not necessary.

1. Launch this mod on the client together with any other mods in your modpack.
2. Wait until you make it to the main menu.
3. Copy the .minecraft/config/paint_literally_anywhere/shapes directory to the config/paint_literally_anywhere/shapes directory in your dedicated server.

This is necessary on dedicated servers because only the client has accurate block model data, the server simply uses an approximation that is close enough for most blocks. For blocks with weirder shapes (e.g. lectern, dragon egg), this approximation is quite inaccurate for painting purposes.
