Outpost Pacifier

Keep new natural hostile spawns out of a chosen area.

As an operator, stand at the center and use /pacify or /pacify <radius>. The zone covers every height at that location and is saved with the world.

Use /pacify list to see your zones and /unpacify to remove those covering your current position.

Existing mobs stay where they are. Raids, patrols, spawners, and other non-natural spawn routes are not disabled, so a zone is not complete protection from hostile mobs.

Server-side — install on the server only.
