OSIS — Out Sandbox In Survival

Minecraft horror-oriented immersion mod focused on pushing players out of sandbox-style safety and into survival-focused gameplay.

OSIS is designed to make darkness feel dangerous, limiting, and unpredictable instead of something that can be ignored with normal Minecraft lighting.

The mod currently adds a functional flashlight system that uses temporary invisible light blocks to simulate moving light in the world. Instead of simply giving the player night vision, the flashlight creates actual light sources that illuminate nearby areas as the player moves and looks around.

The flashlight is visible to other players in multiplayer and is designed to make caves, forests, structures, and dark environments feel more immersive and tense.
