Holding netherite tools and wearing netherite armor applies effects, making netherite gear actually worth getting

Upgrading to netherite is hard and underwhelming. This data pack aims to fix that by applying effects when using netherite tools or wearing netherite armor.
Holding a pickaxe/shovel/hoe applies haste II
Holding a sword/axe applies strength II
Holding a spear applies speed II
Riding a happy ghast while holding a spear makes the ghast faster, up to 14.44 blocks/s, almost matching a maxed out horse (14.57bps)
Wearing a full set of armor doubles the player’s base health and applies bonus effects:
Pickaxe with armor: Haste IV
Sword with armor: Strength IV
Spear with armor: Speed IV
Axe with armor: Strength II, Resistance II
Shovel in mainhand with armor: Haste II, Slow Falling II
Shovel in offhand with armor: Levitation II
Hoe with armor: Magnet effect with 5 block radius, Haste II
