The second feature is
Gamerule:
” creepersExplodeByHurt true “
This makes the creeper explode by the gamerule (if they were attacked) TRUE, and creepers explode when attacked or get damaged by _any source_
_(e.g. attacked by player, or even just from getting fall damage – don’t worry why there are holes in your world, may be creepers exploded)_
