Left-click unclaimed chunk: claim it for your team.

Left-click your team’s claim: unclaim it.

Right-click claim: unclaim it.

OP right-click: forcibly unclaim another team’s or server claim.

OP Shift+left-click: create a permanent server claim or convert an existing team claim.
