Obscure Celestisynth Tooltip

Fixes a mouse-scroll conflict between Obscure Tooltips and Celestisynth: hold Ctrl while scrolling over a tooltip to let Celestisynth page through its ability/passive list, instead of Obscure Tooltips scrolling the tooltip itself.

Why this exists

Obscure Tooltips grabs mouse scroll at the lowest possible level — it mixes into vanilla’s own mouse input handling and, whenever the hovered tooltip is tall enough to need scrolling, cancels the scroll event outright before anything else can see it. Celestisynth’s own scroll-to-page navigation (cycling through a weapon’s Passive/Skill abilities) sits much later in the input pipeline, so it never gets a chance to run once Obscure Tooltips has already claimed the scroll. The result: hovering a Celestisynth weapon with a tall tooltip and scrolling always scrolls the tooltip, never pages abilities.

This addon doesn’t change either mod’s default behavior — it only adds one exception: while Ctrl is held, Obscure Tooltips steps aside for that scroll so Celestisynth (or vanilla) gets it instead. Release Ctrl and scrolling goes right back to normal.
