Why another Fabric port?

As you guys/gals might’ve known there have been two proposals for fabric ports (both for 1.16.x), my own (made with MCreator) port was shotty at best and unstable at worst, but it got part of the job done. And there is FrostBreaker’s port (only discussed via discord and is not known to be public) was better than the first port (MCreator OakBricks port) but had a few bugs and glaring issues about it. 1. It was closed source, which is against the license of the original, 2. It was 3/4 Baked, meaning that putting on armor would crash the game, but besides those issues the port was fine. This port aims to be the true successor to my previous mod, which means little to no unnecessary interference from 3rd parties!
